Quran Chapter 22  41 (Pt-17, Stg-4) (L-2118) درس قرآن

Three peculiarities of Muslims

Chapter Hajj” – (The Pilgrimage) - 22

‘A-‘uu-zu  Billaahi minash-Shay-taanir- Rajiim.
(I seek refuge in Allaah from Satan the outcast)

Bis-Millaahir-Rah-maanir-Rahiim.

(In the name of Allaah, the Beneficent, the Merciful)

After meditating in these verses, it seems that innumerable asunder forces have been dashing together in the world. Some of them make a truce among themselves and begin to arrange and establish the universe mutually. But some forces ruin one another. Some forces keep other forces seized by overcoming and prevent them from rising.

If those forces; which overcome; are preservers, then this existent place of work runs smoothly. If those are destroyers then by leaving them overpowering, the world is at last ruined. It is decision of Allaah Almighty that the world should stand firm for the specified period and this work-place should remain established. That’s why He has planned to break the stress of overpowering destructive forces that when these forces become powerful then He produces a new Force which breaks the influence of these dangerous forces. Once upon a time in the world, those destructive forces had become powerful and if those were left as they were, then the world could not run further days. But Allaah Almighty desired that still it should run. Therefore, He sent Muhammad (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him); appointing him His last Messenger. And a nation of the obedient people came into being, the name of which is Muslim Ummah. For a long time, by causing to fall the Muslims into the snare of vicious forces; they were practiced of patience and constancy, and were prepared to come out to fight. When this period of training was over, then they were commanded: Assault upon the refractory and the mischievous forces now and seize them.

Three peculiarities of this Nation have been described in this verse:

1.  They will not worship any other than Allaah Almighty.

2.  Source of their internal organization will be “Establishing Worship and Paying the Poor-due”. By establishing Prayer, their unanimity will keep its footing and by paying the poor-due, the root of the arrangement will germinate. These both things are foundation of their organization, golden or irony principles and two strong pillars of their mighty life.

3.  Their social principles, which will be chosen by them for their internal and external relationships, are “Enjoining Good and Forbidding Evil”.

It is commanded: An Empire will be bestowed unto this Nation for establishing a community of the people of the entire world. If above mentioned three peculiarities stood firm among them, then their Empire will keep its footing always and they will be able to preserve peace and security in the world. But if they fell back from these peculiarities, then Allaah Almighty knows that what will happen, because consequence of every nation and everything is in its own hands. If they missed their peculiarities then they will be deprived of their existence, Empire and honor too. O Muslims! Look for awhile within yourselves.
